During the week between 4th of July and 10th of July in QLD abroad the auction clearance rates were at 45% success. With the number coming in at 57 sold at auction, 69 passed in, 1 withdrawn, 3 sold prior and 2 sold after auction.

The market is showing that prices listed on well presented homes are achieving sale prices in alignment with what is advertised with a fraction of give and take on each side of the marketed price. We are still experiencing a number of buyer enquires from interstate (in particular Sydney and Melbourne).

If you are wanting to know the best strategy regarding for when and how to take your property to market this month, then I would love to hear from you.
