The market is showing that prices listed on well presented homes are achieving sale prices in alignment with what is advertised with a fraction of give and take on each side of the marketed price. We are still experiencing a number of buyer enquires from interstate (in particular Sydney and Melbourne).
If you are wanting to know the best strategy regarding for when and how to take your property to market this month, then I would love to hear from you.
