A modern, light filled duplex in a sought after street sold for a profitable price, having only been purchased for $985,000 in January, 2021.

Sold on the 22nd of July, 2022.
This 4 bedroom, beachfront home was a unique sale in the area (with limited beachfront stock available). Having not been on the market for over 5.5 years, there was a $1,085,000 gain upon the sale.

A modern beachfront home recently sold on the 22nd July.
Advertised with a 5 million dollar price tag, after being on the market for 109 days, it still sold for a winning price of 4.6 million, with the land purchased in September 2019 for 1.25 million.

A newly built 6 bedroom home on a 1 acre lot sold on the 22nd July for a price that it was certainly worth, with a high quality build spec and so close to the beach and Byron Bay. After 1 month of being on the market, it successfully sold.

5/45-47 Lawson Street in Byron Bay
An architecturally designed, five star, luxury apartment fronting directly onto the main beach of Byron sold on 20th July. This was purchased in May, 2015 for 2.9 million, therefore an estimate price exceeding 5 million would be expected.


This week was a successful closing week in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW within the luxury property sector. A clear winner was the sale of a Ewingsdale home selling for 6.3 million. With close proximity to Byron Bay- luxury homes like this one are in demand with serious interstate buyers keen to have their slice of paradise in the region (sometimes difficult to obtain due to limited stock levels of this high grade build).
