We wanted to share with you, local sales that have transacted over the last 60 days in the Luxury Real Estate Sector on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. These sales have set the bench mark for where prices are sitting for similar properties and residences alike. From Broadbeach to Byron Bay we have assimilated a list of stand out high-end properties that have recently sold over five million dollars and beyond.

One of the biggest transactions Tugun has seen was the recent sale of 662 Pacific Parade. On the waters edge, this luxury home sold on the 24th of June for 9.1 million dollars.

Mean while up in Broadbeach on the 3rd of June at 14 George Avenue, the luxury penthouse apartment sold for 7.4 million dollars.

Close to Byron Bay, a large acreage site by the beach recently sold for 7.5 million dollars at 37 Byron Street, New Brighton. Close by, a luxury beach pad in Byron recently sold at the end of May for 6.5 million dollars located at 2 Daniels Street.

An important and suburb changing sale to mention was 159 Hedges Avenue, selling in May this year for a new record for Mermaid Beach for 21 million dollars. A stunning and opulent home situated on the sandy shoreline of the infamous Hedges Avenue. In the same area at 42 Albatross Avenue the modern 3 level beachside home sold for 5.4 million dollars.

As a market outlook, we anticipate the luxury residences on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers to see further growth as our population continues to seek a demand with high end properties.
